Givey Kochanowski is a member of the GPS ministry. He is the father of four children in high school and middle school and has been a member of the parish since (Amy verify this please). Givey grew up on a family farm in Wisconsin and then served three operational tours in the Air Force as a logistics readiness officer upon graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy. After the military he served a full career in federal civil service across four different agencies, retiring in 2025 as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He has lived abroad twice in his career and enjoys traveling, history, reading, hunting, homebrewing, motorcycling and being active in parish life.

Brad Darling is a father of three children (two high school, one middle school) and blessed to be married to Angie Darling. He and Angie both grew up in central Illinois and first lived in the Anchorage area while assigned to Elmendorf AFB in 2003. After a couple decades of service in the USAF with assignments around the world, he and Angie decided to return to Anchorage in 2021 and subsequently retired from the military in 2023. The Darlings have been a part of the SEAS parish since they resettled to South Anchorage in the spring of that year. When he’s not helping out the GPS ministry or substituting for Eucharistic Adoration, you might find Brad hiking, biking, camping or trying to figure out how to maintain cars for three new teen drivers….

A lifelong Alaskan, Amy has been a parishioner at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton since 1994 when she joined the youth group as a teen, and is a Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton School alum where she attended Kindergarten and First Grade.
Amy and her husband Shane have three children: Jeremy, Francesca, and Malcolm, all of whom attended Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton School from Kindergarten through Sixth Grade, and two of the three went on to Lumen Christi High School. The Lockes have run a graphic design business since 2000 that has offered them a platform to gratefully serve the church and school community for many years through many projects.
In both the church and the school, Amy has enjoyed various volunteer and leadership roles with the School PVO, on the Auction Committee and as Auction Co-chair, Youth and Young Adult Ministry, VBS, Faith Formation, the SPRED Ministry, retreat teams, and more. She and Shane host a weekly Bible Study group, going strong since early 2020. In Spring of 2023, she joined the staff at Saint Elizabeth Parish with great joy and is happy to help the team support the people of the parish in furthering the mission of Christ.
Faith, family, and friends are the cream in her coffee, and she survives the winters to celebrate sunny Alaskan summers. If you see her at church, around town, or out on the hiking trails, please say hello!
