STEWARDSHIP:

A Way of Life

"Who is a Christian disciple? One who responds to Christ's call, follows Jesus and shapes his or her life in imitation of Christ's. Who is a Christian steward? One who receives God's gifts gratefully, cherishes and tends them in a responsible and accountable manner, shares them in justice and love with others, and returns them with increase to the Lord."

Stewardship: A Disciple's Response

United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is a stewardship parish. As a faith community, we encourage and enable each other to recognize our many blessings from God and grow each day in our effort to return our lives to God in grateful response.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is a Stewardship Parish!  What does that mean?
"Once one chooses to become a disciple of Jesus Christ, stewardship is not an option."
As a community of disciples, our parish is committed to stewardship.
Being a stewardship parish means that we, as individuals and as a community, are committed to following Jesus, by deepening our communion with him through prayer and liturgy, and by serving him through others, in parish ministries, in our community, and globally.  Get Involved by joining the Stewardship Committee!
